first week at uni was very enjoyable and interesting. much better than what i thought it'd be. the plus point is that everyone in the class is friendly and i don't feel out of place at all in a class full of aussies. the only asian being me.
it was so funny when, during our performance praxis tut, coz we didn't have a proper lesson, the lecturer ended up getting us to introduce ourselves to her and tell her a bit about ourselves. and i told them i was a eurasian. and one of them asked "what's a eurasian?" so i ended up telling them what it's supposed to be. haha. that was funny.
but overall a great week. went to the beach yesterday. that was quite fun in a way. trying to get over my fear of really big waves! i only ended up going so deep so that the waves went just over my waist, and that was it. well, surfing looks like a long road from here. haha! not that i intend to surf soon or anything. i'd really like to go horse-riding. and what's really cool, is that one of my course mates who i hang out with most of the time knows how to do that! so she said she might teach me if ever the time comes. haha. way cool!!
well, right now i'm waiting for sarah to either call me or come online. i'm not sure which but i'm quite sure it's a call. haha. hope you call soon! watching Bruce Almighty in the meantime. oh gawd it is funny. and the dog peeing in the toilet! haha so cute!
yup well that's about it for now. i've already updated on what's happening in my U so i shan't say more on that.
